Emilia: Italy’s heart & kitchen

Emilia Romagna is «a land with a soul». It’s a region made up of stories, people, prides and delights. It’s a still undiscovered place, sometimes even for Italian people. And yet, who’s never heard about Parmigiano Reggiano or the fresh Lambrusco wine, about Parma ham or tortellini, about lasagna or Bolognese sauce? Who’s never dreamt about driving a Ferrari or hurtling in a powerful Maserati on the motorway? Who’s never listened in silence to the notes of Giuseppe Verdi or been moved by the voice of Luciano Pavarotti? Emilia Romagna is in everyone’s life, and sometimes we don’t even notice it.
And what about its towns? Placed along the historical via Emilia, they are characterized by different and fascinating stories and anecdotes, which our guides will tell you with the passion and warmth that typically belong to Emilian people. We want to offer you a unique itinerary to discover this extraordinary region, land of welcome and good mood, where everything is faced at a table with good friends and a glass of wine, and where the lives of the producers gets woven together with yours every time you enter their kitchen.
To the ones who are about to get involved in this experience with us, we remind: excellence comes from the heart. And Emilia Romagna is big hearted.
