This beautiful three-bedroom villa with private pool is set on a terraced hillside with sweeping views of the Valdichiana and Lake Trasimeno. It is located on the outskirts of Cortona, about 800 meters from the center, so it is within walking distance to sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. This is an ideal location for visiting sites in Tuscany and nearby Umbria. Many historical cities are within easy driving distance, so it is possible to make daytrips from this location. Arezzo is just 30 kilometers away, while Perugia, a beautiful Umbrian city, is about 40 kilometers away. Siena and Florence are about 60 and 100 kilometers respectively.

The villa is on two levels. There is a fully equipped, galley style kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a large fireplace. The garden has a barbeque and areas for relaxing a dining al fresco while enjoying the fabulous view. The pool is set in a panoramic position next to the house.

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with en suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a half bathroom as well.
